Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up. First, I ran a static pressure test. Your system has a max rating of .5 static pressure and your system is testing at .42 which is passing. Next, I checked the running amps on the inducer and blower motor and both were testing within manufacturer specifications. The capacitor for the blower motor is down to 3.82 out of 5mfd is at 76% which means it needs to be replaced. They can go up or down 6%, so 94% is the lowest they should go before replacement. Next, I did an inspection of the heat exchanger and found it has a crack in it that will start leaking carbon monoxide into the homes airstream. Came out here because the unit was short cycling came in jumper the unit to see what was going on inducer came on as well as HSI when the flames came present, they would last no longer than 2 to 3 seconds, and then shut off so my first thing was to clean the actual flame sensor when taken out the flame sensor. I did see that it was extremely dirty clean the flame sensor off put it back into the unit and cycled it on unit work perfectly fine cycled unit 4-5times with no issues. Thank you for choosing LBA.

Completed heating maintenance and inspection. I checked heat strip and heat pump. I tested airflow, temp splits and amp draws. I fixed humidifier situation. All operations are okay as the system is running within manufacture specifications. We talked with customer about water heater. Field supervisor will be in contact with customer. Went for a furnace maintenance today. Did a static pressure test, it passed. Did a carbon monoxide leak test and gas leak test, there is no leaks. Inducer motor amperage passed. Combustion analysis test passed. Gas pressure met factory specifications. Pressure switch passed. Exhaust is In good working condition. Blower motor amperage passed and blower wheel is clean. Went for a maintenance call today. When going to furnace tested for static pressure. Static pressure is passing for manufacture specifications. Did a CO test for furnace. No CO was detected when testing. Heat exchanger is excellent. No cracks or broken seals. Blower wheel is clean as well as drain line. Cleaned flame sensor, and pressure switch hose. Out today for low pressure in garden sprinklers and leaking hose bib. Upon arrival homeowner elected to do tier two repair and replace hose bib. Removed old hose bib and replaced with new tested. No leaks. Cleaned up work area and collected paid with a credit card. Homeowners were extremely satisfied with customer service and performance
