Installed water heater and tub drain. Will return next week to replace the main shut off.

Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up. First, I ran a static pressure test. This unit is rated for a maximum of .8 and your system is testing at .67 which is consider “high” by the manufacturer. Next, I checked the running amps on the inducer and blower motor and both were testing within specs. Next, I ran a CO test and got a hit leaking Carbon Monoxide. I then looked at the flame chambers and heat exchanger/evaporator coil. The coil and drain pan have microbial growth on it. The flame chambers are showing rust and condensation. The heat exchanger is rusted and has a crack that it is leaking CO from. Per the EPA Rules & Regulations we are required to shut the furnace down and add a “Red Tag” stating the unit is not safe to operate at this time. Sold new water heater, pop up assembly, new main shutoff

Spoke with Becky, it’s not currently flooding a Finished area, she said her street has been plowed. Told her I was hoping to be able to head toward her by noon but I would call to keep her updated.

Retest and all passed

Arrived for furnace maintenance today. Checked static pressure and found it is failing. Did not want to move forward with options from last visit. Carbon monoxide test was 0ppm. Heat exchanger looks good. Good split between return and supply air. All electrical components are running properly at this time. I changed one furnace filter today. System is running upon departure. Went for a maintenance call today. Tested for static pressure, system was running high and failing. Did replace filter for customer. Brought down the static. Still running close to max rating. Had a supervisor come out to get a second look and will have solutions for customer. No co was detected when testing. Temp split is passing for system. All electrical components pass for system. Blower wheel is dirty and will recommend a clean. No further wear and tear.

Complete furnace maintenance and inspection. I checked all components and amp draws. I tested airflow and temp splits. I cleaned flame sensor, spark Ignitor and wiped down furnace. I found no concerns with furnace today. I checked the drain line as well and found the drain to be open as it should. Replaced air filter and humidifier panel. Collected. Furnace is running at departure.

Came out here for a furnace tuneup. Upon arrival tested static static was passing took look at the rest of the unit. Everything within the unit was looking good I replace the filter cleaned out Flame sensor took amperage on the inducer and the blower motor as well. the only thing I did see was at the blower wheel itself, was starting to get dirty, which I didn’t notify the customer on, everything else is good power didn’t go out so unit was not on upon departure.
