Arrived because the system was not heating effectively. After checking the air handler the first thing I noticed was that one of the power strips in the heat kit had failed. Because of this the system is only operating at about 66%. To compensate for this I turn the fan speed down and was able to raise the overall temperature coming out of the supply by about 15°. I ordered the part from Lennox and it should arrive on the 19th, which is a Wednesday. We will call. When is the part arrives to schedule when we can come install it. Once we install it, we will raise the fan speed back up to its correct recommendation.

Came out here for heating maintenance on arrival. Tested static static was passing. Do you know was about a year old everything within the unit was looking perfectly fine. Filter was good.
