Installed the register on the basement duct that had nothing covering it. While I was down there, I noticed the water heater was 35 years old and had some serious condensation and rust around the water inlets and the flu. This should be replaced as soon as possible and we can do a good deal because the customer recently bought an entire system with us.

Customer called for furnace not heating. Found that board kept cycling code for internal fault. Customer agreed to replace board to get system back up. Replaced board and system is operating again.

Customer called for leaking faucet shutoffs under kitchen faucet. Stops are stubbed in poly, investigates and found most supply lines are poly or patched with pex in places. Turned over to field supervisor for further assessment.

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests. Found that the furnace was on the verge of overheating. Made the necessary adjustments to the fan speed and retested. System is operating within manufacturers specifications. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the furnace. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Spoke with homeowner about the system. With homeowners approval replaced the humidifier panel. Tested system operations to ensure it will work without leaking. Furnace and humidifier are operational at this time.

Call David and got the exact square footage of the home. Also talked about duct cleaning and need to give him a estimate on the price.

Found transformer going to the humidifier shorted out due to wires not properly installed into humidistat. Bypassed transformer and wired up humidistat. Humidifier operated as it should at departure.

Replacing heat exchanger and capacitor 1/14/25

New furnace and AC. We will also be doing ductwork and installing a UV germicidal unit and a UV bulb. We will also be insulating the ductwork.

Came out here for a furnace tuneup call doing the tuna came to find out carbon monoxide readings within the ductwork had a field supervisor come out here retest to verify supervisor is retesting in verifying and proceeding with next steps with customer

After diagnosing the system, the inducer motor and transformer are not working. Pressure switch is likely destroyed as well and the heat exchanger needs to be replaced. After calling trane they told me that the part was no longer manufactured. They would have to special order it and ship it from overseas. It would take over two months. The price of the heat exchanger with the inducer alone is the price of a new furnace so replacement is definitely a better option.

Out today to perform work proposed per Camron. Upon arrival replaced kitchen faucet as well as ground floor shower cartridge, also tightened up handle on upstairs shower and replaced pex stop underneath kitchen faucet. Customer called stating they had no hot water after install. It was found that ball valve on tank was off and had no pressure to move water. There were multiple other issues associated with the install, addressed and resolved problems with customer. System operating normally upon departure.

Sold shower valve rebuild, new kitchen faucet, new stop

Preformed plumbing inspection presented findings to customer turned over to supervisor

Ran new kitchen drain line above ground. Installed new main shut off. Tested for leaks, flow looked good.

Arrived for furnace maintenance today. Checked static pressure and and it is running at the max rating. The improvements you made have helped. Carbon monoxide test was 0ppm.
