Arrived at home and spoke with Fowler about reason I was call today, was just for an upstairs bathroom sink that was clogged. After completing five star reading the process, I called Rob Provost out to help build an estimate for a drain line replacement. While he was on his way, I took photos and took notes as well as cleared. Bathroom sink clog. Collect the signatures and payments and headed out.

Lutz plumbing replaced temperature and pressure relief valve for existing water heater. Shut down water heater and drain. Install new valve and test static water pressure. Test work for leaks and proper operation.

Came to check AC after replacing communicating thermostat a couple weeks ago. Unit is operating normally with no issues.

A-1 Sewer & Septic Service performed the following services: - Saw cut approx 40ft of concrete. - Replaced old cast iron under the floor. - Excavated outside at the blockage, approx 8ft deep. - Ran camera to city main, excavated a second hole at the city main, approx 10ft deep. - Performed a 3-hole inside-out burst. - Bed new plumbing in gravel. - The inspection was passed through Johnson County Waste Water. - Backfilled trenches outside and inside. - Poured back concrete to replace what was removed. - Hauled off job-related spoils.

Called and left message as well as a text message. We need to receive payment for the duct cleaning we performed. Chub insurance needs to pay home owner so you can forward it to us.

Customer called for blank thermostat. Verified stat was dead and provided options to customer, he wanted a specific thermostat we don’t carry so he provided and I installed for him, tested and working.

Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up. First, I ran the static pressure test. Your system is rated for a max static pressure of .9 and your system is testing at .74 in heating mode & .56 in cooling mode. Both are passing but we are still having issues getting enough heat moving across the heat exchanger and airflow getting past the evaporator coil. My Field Supervisor is on his way over to find a solution because the system keeps overheating and tripping the high limit switch. My temperature split for heating was 137 supply temp (-) 85 degree return temp = 52 degree temp split is within specs of between 25 to 55 degrees. All electrical components checked within specs. The outdoor unit electrical components were also within specs. It’s difficult to check refrigerant pressures when it’s not warm outside. My readings looks ok today but if we checked it on s warmer day, it would give us better readings. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call us! Your LBA Technici

Came out here for a furnace inspection. Upon arrival tested static static was passing due to us doing improvements not too long ago. CFM’s were good combustion analyzer and CO meter. We’re both good as well. Amps on the inducer and the blower motor was perfectly fine. clean flame sensor, replace filters only thing that I seen was that the collector box itself was starting to leak Informed customer on that customer decided to just get a new pack of media filters. Checked multiple areas in the house and at the unit itself but the carbon monoxide is not coming from the furnace. It’s very possible that the carbon monoxide detector is faulty or is picking up other particles that are displacing oxygen. I changed the gas valve to lower the carbon.

Sent out for e-signing
Rob has offered superior support in a challenging situation which came as a surprise. As I was home (after a week in hospital) recovering from surgery, suddenly we had a sewage backed up drain in basement. From what might have been relatively standard unclogging of drain with a snake, Rob came to make sure all was ok since Eli (also top notch professional with genuine compassion and care) had encountered some difficulty in releasing the snake. Turned out our clay sewage pipe from house to city sewer point was severely damaged with abundant intrusion of tree roots blocking the line. Suddenly a backed up sewer drain became a major issue of replacing the pipe (bursting). Rob was invaluable in explaining the issues, guiding me through insurance process, and achieving good financing option.
