Arrived at home and spoke with Robert about reason his call today, was just for a toilet in main bathroom that was clogged up. After completing five star grading I did visual inspection of toilet and piping underneath in the basement. Once I determine what the issue was I created an estimate for a drain clearing once he signed off, I got started on running the toilet auger to clean out clock. After a few minutes, toilet was free and water draining properly. Collected signatures, payment and headed out.

Arrived to customer for a furnace tuneup during the process of the inspection. We discovered a gas valve failure along with discovering high static pressure due to a dirty filter. All of the components met within factory specs.

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests. Found that the system is operating with failing static pressure. Reached out to a field supervisor to finish the diagnosis on the systems static pressure. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the furnace. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Found excessive debris built up on the fan for heating and cooling. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Found hot spots and rust on the heat exchanger. Found that the heat exchanger has hot spots present. With all the dust found on the fan checked the duct and found significant amounts of dust present. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Furnace is operational at this time.
Removed old shower valve (customer made drywall hole) Replaced with new Moen, shower valve and trim kit -note could not test water on due to google hitting line and water off. Clean up work area, collected payment. Customer is very hapy

DATE: 11/26/24 Detailed description of what was done today arrived at home and spoke with homeowners about reason I was called today, which was for a inspection of why they’re hot water and upstairs get a shower had low pressure. After completing five star and full diagnostic of homes plumbing I determined that issue with proper flow was due to shower valve being faulty. Let him know how we would approach it and the price To repair. Which he agreed with, set up time for install Wednesday for first call. Collected signatures, and headed out. Wear and Tear: -Shower valve and trim kit repair After reviewing the entire house I went over everything with Kirk to ensure they understood everything going on in the house and what could be done to address it. I’m here to figure out why the pressure in the upstairs bathroom is really low. After doing some diagnostic and inspection of the homes plumbing everything looks to be in great condition. He had a new water heater a little while back after his original one failed.and all the faucets have been replaced within the last 7 to 8 years. The only stuff in the house that it was built was piping behind drywall. I’m certain that the reason he’s I can hot water is cause his shower valve behind the wall has failed causing hot water to not be able to flow through properly. I let him know how we would fix that and what it would cost, he asked how long it would takebecause he has plans around 3 PM today. I let him know from start to finish. It takes roughly 1 1/2 to 2 hours if everything goes smoothly.

Arrived for furnace maintenance today. Checked static pressure and found it is failing at this time. Ran combustion analysis to make sure fuel is burning properly. Checked temperature split between the return and the supply air. Checked heat exchanger and found rust in several spots. I contacted my field supervisor Dre, and he came out to recheck my findings. Complete furnace maintenance and inspection. I checked all components and amp draws. I tested airflow and temp splits. I cleaned flame sensors and cleaned up furnaces. I found no concerns today. We renewed membership and collected. Both systems are running at departure.

Replaced old 1/2 hp garbage disposal with a 1 hp garbage disposal and ran new drain out of pvc getting rid of that flexible drain. Also ensuring it has proper fall and isn’t fighting gravity. Cleaned up collected and locked up house for homeowner.
