Went for a furnace inspection today. Did a static pressure test, it is failing. Did a carbon monoxide leak test, there is no leaks. Tested for gas leaks, no leaks. Combustion analysis test passed. Temp split between the supply and return duct passed. Inducer motor amperage passed. Gas pressure met factory specifications. Pressure switch passed. Exhaust flu is in good condition. Filter is clean and ducts are slightly dirty. Blower wheel is clean and blower motor amperage passed. Thank you for choosing LBA services!

Customer had a faulty, thermostat where you couldn’t even move the temperature and would stay constantly on even when the thermostat was satisfied the customer gave the options to replace customer went with the basic thermostat got it replaced unit is up and running as it should and turns off when thermostat is satisfied

Completed furnace inspection for customer. All aspects of system tested within manufacturer specifications. No recommendations at this time. Discussed cabinet rusting with customer and found that she did have some condensation issues after install. Took photos to document and monitor, inspected heat exchanger and one cell does have surface rust forming, all others clean. Will continue to inspect and document at future visits.

Went for ac and furnace maintenance. When going to furnace tested for static pressure. System rated .8 for static. System operating at .6. Passing for system. Clean out drain line and flame sensor. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Did notice blower wheel is collecting dust. Will need a clean in the near future. Checked water panel does need to be replaced soon. Customer would like to hold off with options for now. Cleaned outdoor unit. Capacitor is passing and amperage for both fan and compressor.
