Arrive to customers for furnace tuneup, and during the inspection we received a high calling static pressure other than that all of the components met within factory specs

Completed cooling maintenance and tested all operations finding static pressure to be high. Tested all outdoor operations and they tested as they should. Did not wash condenser due to hose not working. I found that the water heater was 10 years old and showing signs of failure. Expansion tank was leaking and recommend replacing immediately to prevent flooded basement

Around the property and was greeted by homeowner, they were having a mainline blockage in our drain tech was able to get the water to go down. Upon camera inspection, we saw that they had a PVC clean out and shortly after the PVC transitions in the clay tile for about 50 feet and then transitions back into ABS at the street. Suggested options for replacing the remainder of the clay tile in the line as well as getting the entire line.

3/9/24 Sent out today to Anastasia’s in regards to a backup in the basement. Upon arrival I was greeted by Anastasia who explained the situation and led me the stairs for the basement. I answered any immediate questions and concerns and then went to the basement to examine the situation. There is water pooled around the basement floor drain stretching out about ten to fifteen feet every direction. There are two stacks, a small cast iron and a 4” pvc with a new clean out on it. I explained to Anastasia what I would have to do to get the water flowing again and answered any questions they had and went over the pricing to ensure they wanted it done. Anastasia authorized me start the work. I came in through the back door at the top of the basement stairs so I wouldn’t have to track the drain machine through the house. Using the new pvc clean out I ran the snake about fifty feet until I felt resistance. I worked through the area and got the water to drain from the basement. To make sure t

Checked all operations in the heating mode and inspected the furnace filter. Checked static pressure and found that the system has high static pressure. The customer and I went around the house to make sure all the vents were open and I put in a new filter and retested the static pressure and it passed. Checked all electrical components and preformed an combustion analysis. Look at the blower wheel as well it didn’t have a lot of buildup or dirt on it. All electrical components were operating properly and the furnace was burning fuel properly as well.checked heat exchanger and there was no cracks or rust. Furnace is operating properly.

Checked all operations in cooling mode and expected the furnace filter. Checked all electrical and refrigerant components at the outdoor unit. All electrical components were good at this time. Refrigerant was low performed a refrigerant calibration. System is operating properly.
