After inspecting the system, I came to conclusion to reset the furnace and the outdoor unit to reconnect the communication between them. Came out here for an AC and furnace tuneup on arrival test static static was not passing. Food supervisor was out with me. So communicated with customer took a look at everything. All readings were normal within the AC and furnace as well. Checked amperage on everything everything was under the max didn’t the blower itself was extremely dirty as well as the outside unit needed to clean. Customer decided to get the EC for the outside unit only I was going to think about getting the blower will clean.

Went for an AC inspection today. Did a static pressure test, it failed. Filter got changed. Blower motor amperage passed. Temperature split between the supply and return duct passed. Outside unit got cleaned. Refrigerant levels met factory specifications. Compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Capacitor passed as well. Thank you for choosing LBA services!

I don’t know why we had to wait forever for Dre to come check Ramon’s work. This was a big waste of time and I’m guessing Dre was just here to deliver a sales pitch for an expensive unit. I already have talked with other AC services for other opinions and they are much more honest. I would not recommend Dre and I will not continue to use LBA going forward after two years in a row of slimy sales pitches. I have already called to get my membership cancelled and i expect another year in a row of a slimy plumber coming next week to sell me something not under the LBA name but his own private work instead.

Came out here for AC tuneup upon arrival tested static static was under the max on cooling mode took a look at the rest of the unit. What outside unit is a R 22 unit refrigerant pressure were quite low. Temperature split was bad. Was expecting it to be a lot better due to it not being an extreme heat load outside took amps on the compressor amps were extremely high, which is not a good sign as well as when disconnecting. My gauges foam came out of the actual Schrader valve, which is not a good sign for the compressor itself plenty of wear and tear on the unit. The capacitor was failing for the compressor side of things. Call a supervisor to come out and retest and verify readings with me supervisors out now and further assisting Customer

Calvin arrived for a somewhat urgent call about the new thermostat LBA installed last Fall. When I tried to turn on the new AC unit for the early spring warm-up, nothing happened. Calvin figured it out pretty quickly. The thermostat was not set up for AC during the initial installation. It was a quick fix for him and he showed me what he did. I am disappointed that this was not taken care of during the initial installation.

While I have had some HVAC training in college, I tagged along with Corbin to learn a little more. Corbin had the latest in test equipment and inspected all vital parts.
