Batteries had corroded in thermostat for furnace in the garage. Replaced batteries and cleaned out corrosion. All ops okay at departure.

Went for a furnace maintenance call. Did a static pressure test, it passed. Did a carbon monoxide leak test, it passed. Heat exchanger was ideal condition. Combustion analysis test passed. Happy call

Completed furnace inspection for customer. All aspects of system tested within manufacturer specifications. It was found that the water heater appears to be down drafting based on melted plastic on the unit. Turned over to field supervisor for further assessment and advisement to customer. System operating normally upon departure.

Replaced the three pole contactor due to burnt marks and worn contacts. The new contactor was checked after the repair. Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis and static pressure tests. Found that the system is operating with failing static pressure. Reached out to a field supervisor to finish the diagnosis on the systems static pressure. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components in the furnace. Cleaned the flame sensor and retested its performance. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Found that the blower wheel is coated in debris. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Found that the heat exchanger is heat stressed, showing hot spots. Checked for carbon monoxide in the air stream. Performed an electronic gas leak search. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Set up smart ac sensors and set homeowner up on the maintenance plan. Furnace is operational at this time.

Presented on a 2 star duct package upgrade. And split system replacement. Customer wants to talk to her brother in law before buying.

Arrived at home and spoke with Dennis about reason were called today, which was for a whole home plumbing inspection. After completing five star greeting we got started on inspection which included of running test on water heater, Fossetts toilets, etc. After completed inspection, we create a where, in tear last which included nothing considering everything in the home has been redone at one point, and looks to be in great condition. we need to come back out though and install a new filter on his whole home. Out today for issue with lack of hot water in parallel tank heater set up. Upon arrival the A tank was not hot enough to operate efficiently and properly. Set thermostats on heaters correctly, everything should be working now. Cleaned up work area did not collect.

Arrived at home to do camera inspection for Joe. He had an inspection company for the estate company come out and they found some debris in the line. But after inspection with Raul, we determined that we will not be able to run the camera down unless we disassembled the main stack or remove the toilet. he was not interested in getting it fixed with LBA or possibly getting it fixed at all and might just sell the house as is.

Out today for TMP valve on water heater, slowly dripping after we flushed water heater. Upon arrival plunger had not set properly and TMP causing water to slowly pass by. Corrected issue at this time, tested no leaks. Cleaned up work area did not collect.
