Worked for a long time out in the heat to confirm our system was running properly and up to code.

System is operating within range. System was a little low but not enough to affect a pressure sensor. Added 10oz to bring pressure up a little more. 7/2/25 - Completed a light cooling maintenance on four RTU’s. The filters were all changed and proper operation was tested. Overall, the equipment was in good condition, it was all running well, and there were no issues found at this time.

Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. Went over different options for replacement as repair is lot an option, system has r22 refrigerant

Went for an out on system. Checked charged system is low. Pressure switch keeps tripping on system. Will send estimate for solutions on ac replacement.

As far as the system goes, everything looks good refrigerant levels and all electrical components are operating well within manufactured specifications. Changed out the filter and wash the unit down. We are looking into airflow options because two of the rooms do not get good airflow. Part of the reason is because the collars that lead to the Plenum are sideways. Another reason is because they ran one of the runs in between 2 floor joist and then took a 90 into another 90 which didn’t quite connect and is now dumping half of its air in the basement.

Arrived to replace the minisplit heat pump control board. Performing this repair at the recommendation of daikin tech support. There is a connection that is discolored due to heat. After testing all components of the heat pump determined everything is working right but it would be best practice to replace this control board before an outage situation. Disassembled the outdoor unit and marked all electrical connections to the control board. Disconnected the old control board and snaked it out of the heat pump. Mounted the new control board and snaked in the sensors for the out door unit. Plugged in all connections to the new control board. Applied power and assembled the shell of the unit. Went inside and tested system operations. Minisplit system is functioning properly at this time.

Upon arrival I began the AC tune up. First, I rinsed the outdoor unit of all cottonwood/debris. Next, I checked the static pressure on the system. This unit is rated for .5max and it’s running over the max at .72 currently but it should come down a bit when we get a new filter in there. I checked the running amps on the blower motor which tested within specs. The blower wheel looks pretty clean today. Next, I moved to the outdoor unit to check the refrigerant charge which looks good today. The compressor and fan motor running amps were also within specs. I tested the dual run capacitor which is size 45/5mfd and both sides are running within specs. Lastly, the ambient temp drop was at nice 18 degree split. Unit is ready for the summer. Upstairs unit is leaking refrigerant. Did shut off system. Refrigerant is no longer in production. Did have a supervisor come out. System is confirmed leaking. Install will be Monday for customer. Main floor unit is passing for charge and running.

Josiah Walker do a Fantastic job repairing our broken sewer pipes. It was a very difficult job since the repair was under the concrete floor, but the broken pipes were no competition for Josiah’s knowledge and dedication to his craft.

Scam! This free furnace inspection thing felt like a scam from the start. One guys shows up and he says he needs to call another guy because he wasn't sure his meter was reading correctly and that the CO2 was high. Well it just so happened that the other guy was in the area and he brought his equipment in and they found cracks in the heat exchanger and turned the furnace off. He gave me 2 separate quotes for replacement for just the furnace, one for $6696.00 that's with a discount and the other was $8869.00 with a discount. I called a local HVAC company after they left to do an inspection. They showed up today and did an inspection and said there was nothing wrong with the furnace. BEWARE of LBA, and just think of how many people would bite on something like this.
I wanted to get an estimate for replacing my mainline and unclog it, too. They did the scope to assess the line for replacement and I asked them to clear the clog and asked how much it would be for them to do it while they were on site. They said they didn't have the equipment in either van to snake the mainline and didn't offer to call anyone over or get me fixed up. So I went to Home Depot and rented a snake and did the job myself. The guys really were nice enough but they did leave me still stuck with a clog that I thought they would be able to take care of and didn't make any effort to get me fixed up in any way. I really hated leaving this review and didn't want to. But after asking me for a review 3 times, here ya go.

LBA is awesome . Robby the technician came out and serviced the furnace. So everything is in good working order. Robby did an excellent job. Very professional.
JJ was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He diagnosed the problem and explained the resolution process. Our A/C is now working well. Highly recommend LBA.
The attention and service of the guys was excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of communication due to the delay. It was planned for 12:00 and the first technician arrived around 15:00.
