Went for an outage on system. Capacitor was failing on system and wire brunt out. Did replace with customer approval. Checked charge system is low on system. As well temp split is not within specifications. Let customer know and will give repair options. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann

Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. Cabled mainline from downstairs cleanout

System had a stuck contactor, customer wanted replaced. I’ve replaced the contactor. Customer was advised to leave the system off until the morning to let it thaw out. Thank you for choosing LBA.

Went for an AC inspection today. Filter is clean. Replaced UV bulb, it works. Temp split between the supply and return duct passed. Evaporator coil is clean and rust free. Outside unit is clean. Refrigerant pressures met factory specifications. Compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Capacitor passed as well. AC is up and running upon completion. Thank you for choosing LBA services!

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Measured the systems static pressure and measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Found that the system is operating with failing static pressure. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Found that the blower wheel is starting to collect dust. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.

Outside system coil is clean. Refrigerant pressures met factory specifications. Compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Capacitor passed as well. No burn marks on the contactor. Replacing flow sensor and heat rod. Hot water has currently been restored

Thermostat was off, did a reset. No error codes on furnace or thermostat. System is receiving correct power for thermostat and board. Does call for cool. System is up and running before leaving. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann

Went for a maintenance call today. Tested for static pressure. System is passing when in cool. All electrical components are passing for system. Refrigerant levels are passing for system. Quote to replace the two blower bearings, one blower shaft and one bearing bracket in the Lennox package unit serial 5604E01324. Price includes the factory replacement parts and labor. Price is for the listed repairs only. The blower operation will be tested after repairs. Any further repairs if needed will be quoted separately. Not complete yet

Arrived for ac check today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, it is running under the max. Blower was not bad. Motor amps are good. There was 13 degree temp split. I replaced filter also. At the condensing unit the coil was very dirty so I cleaned it. Refrigerant was showing a little low, which is why the 13 split. I topped off the refrigerant and now temp split is 17. Running amps on fan and compressor are good. Capacitor is good. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Checking in on a noise from the condenser. After checking it out it’s quite normal for this type of condenser to have a humming high-pitched noise. Overall, actually a very quiet unit and is operated with the manufacturer specifications. If you have any other questions feel free to call LBA anytime!
