During the tuneup on inspected the compressor amps, fan amps, the capacitor, static pressure, refrigerant pressures, and the temperature split. all components of the AC unit are within manufacturer spec’s. Completed full cooling maintenance. Changed filter, washed coils, and took amp reading on all cooling functions. All system passed and working. I did find that unit number 4 has been replaced by another company and did not put a condensate j trap for the water and will or may cause water to go inside the build because it can not drain properly from the unit. Also found 6 to 10 screw left from the install on the tpo roof that could easily make a hole if stepped on.

Completed full cooling maintenance. I changed the filter, washed the coil, and took all amps on the cooling side. Everything is with the range that it needs to be. This unit had a 19 degree split which is within range. This unit is running as it should be at this time

Completed monthly filter change. One Lennox is shut off at the disconnect and has been running for some time

Went for a tune up. Tested for static pressure, system was failing. Did replace filter given from customer. Temp split is passing for system. As well for refrigerant. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Fan motor and capacitor outside are running close to max rating. Did notify customer about. No further wear and tear. Arrived for ac maintenance. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, it is passing. Blower wheel is clean. Motor amps are good. I changed the filter too. At the condensing unit pressures and charge look good. All electrical components are running within manufacturing specs. I rinsed coil clean. System is running upon departure. Went for a maintenance call today. System was passing for static when testing. All electrical components are passing when testing. Temp split is within range passing. Did replace filter for customer. No wear and tear on heat exchanger. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch hose. No further wear and tear for heat. Did check for cool as well. Temp split was super low. Connected gauges pressure were off. Tested txv and did fail. Txv will need to be replaced. Supervisor gave solutions for customer. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann.

Went for an ac inspection today. Changed filter. Did a static pressure test, it passed. Temp split between the return and supply duct passed. Blower motor amps passed and blower wheel is clean. Outside unit is clean. Refrigerate pressures met factory specifications. Compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Capacitor passed as well. AC is up and running upon departure. Dispatched for furnace, not working. At arrival, the furnace was not operating. During my diagnosis, the flame center was losing signal due to buildup. Clean the flame sensor restarted the furnace and the system operated. During the startup, the flames were blue, and as soon as the blower turned on, they danced with yellow and blue, indicating air entering the heat exchanger. Well, inspecting the heat exchanger it is showing stress from excessive heating and showing potential cracking. Notified field supervisor. Thank you for choosing LBA services.

Arrived for ac maintenance today. Checked static pressure and it passing. Filter and blower wheel is clean. Blower motor amps are good. At the condenser unit I could not get accurate readings on pressure and charge due to the low indoor and outdoor temps. System did have a 24 degree temperature split, which is great. All running amps are good. The capacitor is just out of manufacturing specs, decided not to change today. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Checked in an AC tune up

Upon arrival I began the AC tune up. First, I ran a static pressure test. This unit has a max rating of 1.0 and your system is testing within specs at .55. Next, I checked the running amps on the indoor blower motor and it tested within manufacturer specifications. I checked the refrigerant levels today which were within specs as well. The temperature split was at a nice 20 degree split. The compressor and fan motor outside both tested within specs. Lastly, I checked the dual capacitor for the compressor and fan motor and both were testing within specs. Your system is in good shape! A-1 Sewer & Septic Service performed the following work: Work Description: - Jack hammer basement floor and remove concrete. - Clean and prep approx 50ft of sewer line for liner installation. - Install approx 50ft of 4-6in flex liner. - Allowed liner to cure overnight and returned the following morning to remove the bladder. - Inspect liner for proper installation. - Reconnect plumbing in the trench. - Backfill excavated dirt. - Pour back concrete to replace what was removed. - Haul off job-related spoils.
