We had totally forgotten to schedule our a/c service. We had been contacted several times but we just couldn't find the time. LBA called last week and said they had a special going on for end of service on air conditioning- $59!!!!!- We took advantage of that!!!!!! Drew was the service person that came to our home. He was very friendly but professional- I was very confident that everything he told me was correct and I have no worries that our a/c and heating unit are well taken care of. They are very efficient in handling their service calls- I like getting an email and then a call to advise that LBA IS ON THE WAY and gives us the specific person that will be arriving!!!
