Humidifier is working as it should. Current humidifier is a bypass humidifier. Recommended trying paper water panels and running portable humidifiers to help system catch up humidity levels. Customer stated that the humidifier has maintained humidity level in the past so in theory when the humidity gets caught up, the humidifier should be able to maintain humidity levels again. Humidifier just isn’t efficient enough to catch the humidity levels back up after quitting mid winter. If this doesn’t work I recommended looking at the steam humidifier because the steam humidifier can maintain humidity levels without issue. I showed customer the current age and current state of their plumbing and water heaters. After talking with customer we believe the best option would be to have a 75 gallon water heater installed, remove the extra water shutoffs, and reroute the waters lines accordingly. With that customer could enjoy the same amount of hot water they currently have and not have to worry

Monday morning return to look at humidifier. 8-12

Customer can not afford any additional monthly payments

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis, temperature split, static pressure test, and carbon monoxide tests. Found that the system is operating with failing static pressure and is on the verge of overheating. Found carbon monoxide in the air stream. Reached out to a field supervisor to finish the diagnosis on the systems static pressure and verify the carbon monoxide content in the airstream. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the furnace. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Found the blower wheel is heavily coated in dust debris. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Found large hot spots and premature wear on the heat exchanger. Performed a retest to verify the carbon monoxide content and found that both meters are now reading zero. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Furnace is operational at this time.

Called customer. Confirmed humidifier is working

Found solenoid valve shorted out. With customer approval I replaced solenoid valve and activated membership. Customer declined sensors for now. I found that the ball valve was clogged as well so I cleaned that out and humidifier operated as it should.

Homeowner wasn’t wanting a full home spec shin, they were just wanting their toilet re-bolted down as well as customer supplied showerhead installed. After diagnosing the issue for the toilet I got started on putting new bolts in as well as put in two new screws into the flange. I reconnected the toilet and tested as well as hooked up new showerhead. Upon completion, I tested everything before collecting signatures and payment and heading out.

Came up here for a furnace tuneup checked everything within the unit, replace filter for the customer as well window flame sensor static pressure was passing on the heating mode take a look and noticed that the end-user itself was noticeably way harder than normal as well as the collector box, leaking water in rusting out there pan, which has dropped into the actual blower housing in any moment they could hit the control board and cause further damage. Talk to customer about getting those repaired. Customer is going to hold off and talk to husband.

Discussed options for water heater replacement

Stefany asked that I follow up on Monday morning at 7:30 to see how they would like to proceed.

Went for a maintenance call today. When going to furnace tested for carbon monoxide. Did get a high reading did shut off system. Retested with supervisor also had a reading. Inspected heat exchanger did find a crack in the heat exchanger. Did red tagged system and cannot operate under these conditions. Until fixed supervisor will have solutions for customer.

Completed inspection handed over to supervisor

.

Arrived at customers for a furnace tuneup, and during the process of the inspection, receive the high call on static pressure. All other components met within factory specs.
Very professional and courteous

Went for a maintenance call today. Tested for co no co was detected when testing. Inspected heat exchanger no wear and tear. Temp split passed for system. Static pressure is at max rating. All electrical components pass for manufacture specifications. Did notice the flue was leaking water. Tighten the screws and sealed up the fitting. No further wear and tear for system. Told customer to keep any eye if water leaks again. System is up and running before leaving. As well as vacuumed the water that was previously in there. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann.

Arrived for furnace maintenance today. Checked static pressure which passed. Checked furnace filter and it’s still good. Ran combustion analysis to make sure fuel is burning properly. Carbon monoxide test was 0 ppm. Heat exchanger has no rust or cracks. Blower wheel is clean. All electrical components are running properly at this time. The flue had rusted through in a couple spots. With approval I replaced the pieces. The parts have a two year warranty on them.
Friendly good worker answered questions thx

Airflow decline

Went for a maintenance call today. When going furnace tested for static pressure. Static pressure was passing for system. Did a co test for furnace. No co was detected when testing. Inspected heat exchanger no wears tear. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Temp split was passing for system. Did notice the blower wheel has a lot of dust. Did inspect the duct work. There is a lot of up dust in the return. Will recommend a duct cleaning, and UV light for customer. Cleaned out drain line, flame sensor, and pressure switch hose. System is up and running before leaving. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann.

Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up. I started with a static pressure test. This system is rated for a maximum of .5 and the system is testing at .7 in 2nd stage. Customer is aware of this and Nick is talking with her about that and possibly having the ducts cleaned. I continued with my tune up. I checked the running amps in the inducer and blower motor and both tested within the manufacturer specifications. I replaced the filter today. Cleaned the flame sensor. I did a CO test to make sure the furnace is safe and it is safe at Zero PPM(parts per million). There are no leaks in your system at this time. The control board looks good, the blower wheel looks pretty clean still. The temperature rise was at 62 degrees which is within specs at well. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call us. Your LBA Technician, Tyler Rickard P.S. No payment was due for todays visit, it was covered with your membership today. Have a great weekend!
The clogged sink was unclogged but the drain it went to was backed up. He told me it was fixed and left but it overflows when I use the dishwasher or washing machine. He left a bunch of dirt in the sink he unclogged and he dumped the sludge water that came out into my basement toilet. When I asked him about it he said it’s fine the opening in the toilet is bigger than the sink pipe. Common sense would tell you to dump the water outside and not in a place it could cause another issue. I will not use you guys again, sorry.
