10-17-24 Got approval to make repairs on the Trane RTU Picked up parts Need to schedule to install. 10-14-24 During the heating check out, found the inducer motor and the ignition coil have failed. This quote is to install a new updated inducer motor assembly and ignition coil.

10-11-24 Performed heating check out I’m eight systems Note for me, I completed the tuneup however I need to do paperwork and write up a quote. I can do that after my next call.

8-30-24 Office AC systems #3 is not working and the thermostat is change your heat to cool by its self. We change the thermostat. The existing one was pretty old. Start up the 10 ton AC system ,when we checked the outdoor unit condenser found a the contactors were chattering they were getting 19 VAC The transformer may be the issue however this is a real long wiring run.I did get a voltage drop across both of my compressor time delays. I bypass the time delays for now and the time delay is in the in the thermostat 3 mins. Cycled system multiple times system is working at this time.Billy will keep an eye on it

6-11-24 Install new blower motor in the existing furnace for the plate room. Located above the bathrooms in the mezzanine area. System is working at this time.

6-5-24 Plate room hot AC is not working. The north system AC system is working, however I had to flush the condensate pump. The south system Bad blower motor in the furnace. I will pick up a new blower return and install it probably later this week. Have the motor on my truck

5-9-24 5 hrs Print press area Trane RTU I need to return tomorrow to continuous ticket. Pick uP some R22

4-3-24 This JOB PO # 14511 The main office AC system is not working properly. The compressor was growling the last time I was up here. Trane condenser main office Model # 4TTA3060D4000CA Serial # 13362UF65F Today I found the AC condenser unit for the office disconnect was not pulling all the way in and also the two pole contactor was pitted real bad. Install new compressor contactor They supply me with some dielectric grease I was able to get the disconnect to work correctly however, in the future if we have issues we’re gonna have to replace them. Ran and cycle the AC system. Working at this time.

3-27-24 Install new 10 ton compressor on the 25 ton trane condenser unit. We were able to isolate the king valves at the condenser so we did not have to remove all the refrigerant back to the evaporator. After remove the refrigerant. Remove the existing bad compressor. Installed #1 circuit 10 ton compressor. The leak tested the isolated compressors,evacuated the two compressors to 500 microns. Then reinstalled the remote refrigerants. We ran and tested the unit. There is still bubbles in the cycle. System may have been low on refrigerant (R 410a) before we started the repair. I still need to install a new compressor contactor with auxiliary contacts The 2 crank case heaters are not working This was not part of the original quote however, I don’t want these compressors getting liquid back in them again. Note : I returned 2 core liquid line dryers that we didn’t use, that should come close to the same price as the heaters. 3-28-24 Return visit to install a compressor contactor an

3-18-24 Room AC, not working mouse got on top of the #1 10ton compressor contactor. Found the compressor was shorted to ground. We did replace #2 compressor back in August last year. There may be an issue that the compressor is getting liquid back to it. After we install this new compressor. We need to do some preventative circuits to prevent this from happening again. I will get a quote sent as soon as possible

11-28-23 East Chiller system for the printing press machine The east printing press machine is being removed from the premises. Chiller system today I’ve recovered 75 pounds of refrigerant R 22 to be disposed of. The condenser upon the roof, I disconnected it electrically and also cut the refrigerant lines to the unit so I could be removed from the roof. I also seal the refrigerant lines to the condenser. The chiller unit I cut the refrigerant lines and sealed the pipes going to the compressor. Disconnected the control wires going out to the condenser and also the main powers wires coming into the chili unit self.

9/22/23 Assisted Steve in an extensive cleaning. Binding area 20 ton AC system- Today Chris and I Opened up the air handler and cleaned the evaporator coil and the evaporator coil pan and drain. We used evaporator coil cleaner. and garden hose to clean. We did improve the static pressure drop across the coil. System is working at this time Evaporator coil was very dirty evaporator. The pan was full of dirt and muck.

9-21-23 Picked up air compressor and evaporator coil cleaner at the shop

8-16-23 Yesterday we found the production area Trane rooftop unit was not cooling properly. This morning I checked the unit found #1 compressor was off on high head, pressure safety. Billy and I hosed out the condenser coil system is working at this time. After the compressor change out and contractor on the trane condenser unit yesterday. We found the compressor overload manual start unit was not fully engaging unless we forced it in. Billy was their when we found this. I picked up a new overload unit and install this morning.

7-27-23 Bonding area AC is not working Spoke to Billy on site Trane 25 ton Model# RAUJC254…………… Serial # C13K06009 Found the 2nd stage cooling 3 phase compressor contactor, has one leg closed, causing the compressor to single phase and trip off. Currently the compressor is damaged and when it does try to run, it blows the main fuses. I disabled this compressor so they can use for stage compressor for now however, Billy will turn the setting up on the thermostat not to stress that one compressor. We will send a quote to replace the compressor.
