Remove old frost proof hose bib and install new

Sold his bib for Tuesday morning. Also gave estimate for replacing main shut off valve. He will review estimate and possibly approve tomorrow. Cleaned up work area. Will gather parts in the morning and complete. Estimate has been Eastside and will be charging card on file.

Arrived to customer’s For a furnace tuneup, and during the inspection, we received a high call on static pressure along with discovering it dusty blower wheel, and also a shortage CFM count on return truck. Other than that it’s all other components met within factory specs.

Checked in on Tyler’s readings today. Airflow checks were outstanding. Discussed adding a humidifier to system. Customer appreciated the info but prefers it to stay more dry. Definitely a candidate for adding a dehumidifier in the Spring.

Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up. First, I did a static pressure test. This system is rated for a maximum of .9 and your system tested at .5 which is within specifications! Next, I checked the running amps on the inducer motor and blower motor and both were within specs. I cleaned the flame sensor. I tested for CO levels and found Zero PPM(parts per million). I checked the Heat Exchanger which had no cracks at this time. I did find some rust on the heat exchanger but nothing to worry about right now. I also looked at the evaporator coil and it was clean. The Air Scrubber bulb is due to be replaced since it was replaced 2 years ago. I quoted her for a new bulb but she had her son get one online and installed it for free so it’s much cheaper for her to go that route. The temperature rise was at 30 degrees which is within specifications. If you have any questions or concerns please call us. Have a great week! P.S. No payment was due for todays visit.

Diagnosed and replaced failed transducer. Rebuilt condensate drain line. Replaced broken horizontal vent termination kit. Tested operations for 25 minutes with the furnace door off. Tested an additional 20 with the furnace door on. System operates in cooling and heating modes.

Replaced pressure switch. Still having issues. Tech will be back tomorrow with York support.

Arrived to diagnose a furnace not running completely. Upon diagnosis I found a bad pressure switch. Order new switch, but won’t be in for a few days. When part arrives we will call to schedule install. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Completed full heating maintenance

Completed system inspection for customer. Tested and checked heating and cooling taking measurements and visually inspecting system. All aspects tested within manufacturer specifications. No recommendations at this time, system operating normally upon departure.

Arrive to customers one AC tuneup in during inspection we discovered bio chemical growth inside of the air handler along with detecting leaks between indoor and outdoor coil. Also discovered that both capacitors for indoor and outdoor system or outside factory specifications along with system, being low on refrigerant.

Arrived for ac maintenance today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, I found it’s failing way over the manufacturing specs. A field supervisor will be out on Monday to go over. The blower wheel is collecting dust and needs to be cleaned. The heat exchanger has a lot of stress and heat spots on it. At the ac unit I found a bad capacitor that needs to be changed. It was declined at this time. System is running upon leaving. Thanks for choosing LBA.

I advise we don’t service customer anymore. He’s angry about their being a static issue but doesn’t want to fix it
