Nick was professional and I am glad I had him as a technician. When Patrick got there I was really debating if I should even let him because I was mad about the service I got in July. He definitely made me feel comfortable and explained what was wrong with my service. He called the technician and he came out right away. I appreciate that.

For several years I have not been able to use the dishwasher after I accidently "killed" the garbage disposal with potato peelings. My daughter Joyce and I really appreciate Eli and Rob's quick response to our request for disposal replacement. We have also had issues with under-mount sink water leakage as well as issues with the sink faucet. Eli and Rob gave us some good suggestions to replace not only the disposal but also install an over-mount sink as well as the faucet. We look forward to receiving a proposal for the cost of fixing these issues and to eventually improve the efficiency of our kitchen.Thanks so muchLinda Patton
