Arrived for furnace maintenance today. Started by checking static pressure and it is passing at this time. Carbon monoxide test was 0ppm. Heat exchanger looks good. Blower wheel is clean. All electrical components are running properly at this time. Filter was just changed by customer humidifier pad. Today you signed up for the membership and Smart AC was installed. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Today (12/20/24) I arrived to meet with Bobbish for a service request for the prayer room units as well as the unit heater that serves the basement. Bobbish showed me where the units are located. I brought in a ladder to reach the unit heater and started to diagnose it. Halfway through the diagnostics Bobbish asked me to stop working. He said that he received a call from the president and that the president would like me to stop working and at that time they declined further service. I removed my test leads and voltmeter from the unit heater, put the cover back on and removed the ladder. No alterations to the unit heater were made. The equipment is in the same condition as it was when I arrived. Thank you, Jon Tech notes: TUA075SNAF1, Lennox, concentric flue, fan motor runs constantly. 24v to board, no 24v control voltage to thermostat, high limit error code displayed.

Arrived to customers for a furnace tuneup in during the process of the inspection received a high call on static pressure along with discovering a dirty blower wheel. Also temp rises to high vinyl tubing for secondary drain trap needs to be replaced. All other components met within factory specs.

Went for a maintenance call today. Tested for carbon monoxide no carbon monoxide was detected when testing. Inspected heat exchanger no cracks were found. Did see heat stress marking on unit. Did reverify this with a supervisor as well. Did a static pressure test system is failing for static. The temp split for system is passing. Capacitor is failing for blower. The rest of electrical components are passing. Ddi clean flame sensor, drain line and pressure switch hose. Blower wheel has dust built up. No further wear and tear on system. System is up and running before leaving.

Came out here for a furnace inspection. Upon arrival tested static static has been passing. Check the rest of the unit out replace filter cleaned out flame sensor ensure that the operation with in the furnace cycle working perfectly fine. The only think I did come to see was it the blower wheel itself was extremely dirty for just being two years old, so I wanted to take a look at that and see if they wanted to get it clean customer said they were going to hold off until next time we’re out here.

Service call was going to be at an extended hours since they were booked for the day but still got me worked into the standard schedule which was very welcomed. Call was efficient and thorough. The service technician (Cornelius Hampton) was very professional, thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable. We’ve been customers of LBA for many years, and will continue to value our relationship with them.

Brady is the tech that I’ve been working with for the past month on the issues with my tankless water heater. Brady did a great job troubleshooting and working with the manufacturer to the necessary parts to address the issue. He’s very professional and worked hard to get the issue resolved.

Scott was condescending the entire tune up. Stated there was a gas leak and that he had to turn off the furnace. Had the gas company come out and there was no leak at all. He was trying to upsell us. Never using LBA for me or my business again.

I was extremely pleased with Tucker Robertson from LBA. He recently installed the new ductwork I needed done in order to lower the static pressure on my furnace which would help the HVAC system run more efficiently. He also installed a new humidifier. Tucker, with the help of Weston, did an excellent job explaining exactly what they would be doing, what they would be replacing, and made sure I approved of where he would be putting in new registers before cutting into the sheetrock. I was very impressed with the quality of his work. He was very professional and courteous and I highly recommend him for any installation projects.

I bought a new furnace and AC from Ideal Temp 4 years ago. Serviced each season without problems and they were then bought out by LBA. My first service with LBA was in August and I was told my static pressure was off the chart and that they needed to call someone in to solve the problem. That person came and went through my house and attic and advised that my duct work in my attic was not straight and affecting airflow and that it needed to be replaced to the tune of $15,000. That repair was done and my pressure was a little better but still not good. You came out 2 weeks ago for winter service and told that pressure again off the chart and again someone came out to determine solution. He left indicating that he was going to go back and talk with manager about options and get back with me. It had been over 2 weeks and I called last Wednesday and was told that a manager would call me Friday. It is now Tuesday and I have heard from no one. I am not going to spend any more money on this static pressure issue which is supposed to affect the life of my furnace. With what I have spent already I could buy a new furnace. I feel like the ductwork in the attic was a VERY expensive stab in the dark and obviously was not where the problem was. I now am out $15K and still have the problem. I lost my husband 5 years ago and probably was way too gullible in this situation, but felt you guys were the experts and trusted you. $15,000 is a lot of money and I have absolutely nothing to show for it- I feel now that my previous ductwork was just fine and although it may be new and in different places it is doing nothing to fix the problem that it was intended to fix. That fact that no one is getting back to me is even more frustrating and there seems to be no accountability at all. I’m not sure how to rectify this situation but I would hope that someone would at least get back to me with some explanation and options. Thank you!

Like most other businesses these days there is always a push to sell more products and services. The businesses would say they are just keeping their customers informed so they can make intelligent decisions. LBA is one of these companies and my technician did what the company asked him to. Even though this was not “high pressure” I, as a senior with a fixed income, just need long lasting products with normal maintenance.
