Replace the failed heat exchanger in the Lennox package unit serial 5606E12531. Price includes the factory replacement parts, hoisting and labor. The heating mode has been disabled for safety to prevent carbon monoxide from entering the conditioned space. Emailed the photos to the contacts on file.

10/21/24 - Completed a full heating maintenance on three RTU’s. All filters were changed, heat exchangers were checked, and proper operation was tested. RTU 2 does have a bad heat exchanger, so the gas was shut off and it will not be heating until it is replaced. Other than that, the other two units were in good condition, they were running well, and there were no further issues found at this time.

DATE: 8/21/24 Detailed description of what was done today: arrived at home, spoke with Michael about reason I was called today. Which was a wash machine drain that was backing up into kitchen sink. After running inspection of drain lines, I try to run my camera. But was unsuccessful to get around some of the corners, so I grab my backpack auger and ran that down the drain line. Had some hair and some sludge 2530 feet down the line and cleared returning at kitchen sink drain and water drain back to normal flow. Still a little bit of water coming up in the kitchen sink when running a load, but is not backing up nearly as much. Collected signatures and head out. After reviewing the entire house I went over everything with Michael to ensure they understood everything going on in the house and what could be done to address it. DATE: 8/19/24 Detailed description of what was done today: Arrived at home and spoke with Michael about reason I was called today. Which was a washing machine drain clog that was causing water to back up and kitchen sink. After doing inspection and diagnostic of drain line and all other plumbing amenities, I quoted him for the drain cleaner in special and wear and tear list. DATE: 8/12/24 Detailed description of what was done today: arrived at home, spoke with Carsten about reason I was called today. Which was kitchen sink clog. He uses us for services and repairs, and a different company for plumbing appliances. After doing quick inspection of kitchen sink and piping I ran back back auger down kitchen, drain line clearing and returning flow back to normal. 8/12/24 - Completed a light maintenance on three RTU’s. Filters were changed and full operation was tested. Overall, all units were in good condition, they were all running fine, and there were no issues found at this time.

Returning June 22nd to replace evap coil, install electrostatic filter and perform duct cleaning

Upon arrival I began uninstalling the old control board in the furnace. Then I replaced it with the new control board which was under warranty. I then tested the blower motor to make sure it was running properly and it is working great! I did find that the system is low on refrigerant between 1 to 2lbs which means there is a leak in the system somewhere. She had to leave for a lunch with her friends but we scheduled to come back out on Friday Morning July 12th for Field Supervisor Chase and myself will work with the customer on getting it all fixed up for her. Upon arrival I began the AC tune up. I found that the blower speed setting was turned up too high. So,I lowered the speed on the control board. After lowering the speed the fan was no longer turning on. So, I put I back on the highest speed like it was when I arrived but it still wasn’t coming on. After further inspection I found the control board has gone bad and is not sending the signal to the blower motor to turn it on. I advised Miriam I would call first thing in the morning to go pickup the control board and then come back over to install it. Arrived For maintenance for AC unit checked thermostat customer did not want me taking pictures of thermostat she said in fact she didn’t want me taking any pictures. Explain to customer that I needed to take pictures to document. The AC tuneup customer proceeded to let me take the pictures that allowed in the furnace checked static pressure, static pressure pass check CFM measurements they passed. . Blower wheel dirty check AC unit outside all components in operation and passing Presented all options and customer declined everything except the Ecc. Completed Ecc Estimate

5/1/24 - Completed a full cooling maintenance on three RTU’s. Filters were changed, took amp draws, and took temperatures. All units are a bit on the older side, so all the labels were worn off and not visible. Overall, all units were running as they should be, they were all in pretty good condition, and there were no issues found at this time.

When I arrived the system was flat. I pressurized the system to above running pressure at 266psi. Let it stand for 30mins and no change in pressure. Going to leave system pressurized for 24 hrs and return to verify pressure and any small leak that I could not find with soap a bubbles on each braised joint.

Showed up because the system fan motor was not operating. Upon checking the system. It was clear that the fan motor the transformer. The relay all needed to be replaced. The system itself is 26 years old. It has a failed heat exchanger. It is highly advisable to replace the furnace and preferably both the furnace and the AC. The supervisors been called out to look at this issue as well as a high static issue regarding to the amount of air that comes in and out of the system.

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Started inspection inside and measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Measured power consumption of the blower motor and checked system for cleanliness. Found that the blower wheel is heavily coated in debris. Performed a static pressure test and found that the system was running well beyond the rated maximum. Reached out to a field supervisor to finish the diagnosis on the systems static pressure. Moved inspection outside and verified system refrigerant charge. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the condenser. Rinsed coil free of debris and removed leaves from the inside of the unit. Found crack on furnace heat exchanger this is a safety concern due to the systems ability to leak carbon monoxide into the home. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.
