Went for a furnace maintenance today. Did a static pressure test, it passed. Did a carbon monoxide leak test and gas leak test, there is no leaks. Inducer motor amperage passed. Combustion analysis test passed. Gas pressure met factory specifications. Pressure switch passed. Exhaust is In good working condition. Blower motor amperage passed and blower wheel is clean. Went for a heating maintenance today. Static pressure passed. Heat strips for the heat kit passed. Temp split did not pass. When looking at the evaporator coil, I noticed severe rust on it. Thank you for choosing LBA services!

Went for a maintenance call today. When going to furnace tested for static pressure. Static pressure is passing for manufacture specifications. Did a CO test for furnace. No CO was detected when testing. Heat exchanger is excellent. No cracks or broken seals. Blower wheel is clean as well as drain line. Cleaned flame sensor, and pressure switch hose. Out today for low pressure in garden sprinklers and leaking hose bib. Upon arrival homeowner elected to do tier two repair and replace hose bib. Removed old hose bib and replaced with new tested. No leaks. Cleaned up work area and collected paid with a credit card. Homeowners were extremely satisfied with customer service and performance

Customer called and said not to come over tonight. We discussed the project in further detail for as long as they could until they had to go. I have a follow up set up on my calendar to call Them Monday morning at 9 AM

Field Supervisor Scott and myself went down and took pictures of the current system under the home. Found the exhaust pipe had broken off at the 90 degree turn and will need to be replaced. I turned the gas supply to the furnace OFF for safety precautions so that carbon monoxide gases do not seep into the home. Got all needed measurements and pictures of current system setup. Went for a maintenance call today. Upon arrival customer states house was cooling properly. When going to furnace checked blower speeds. They are set correctly. Filter was replaced recently. Blower wheel was clean. Amperage for the blower motor is passing. Drain line was clean. When going to outdoor unit. Did give unit a clean. When checking refrigerant charge. Refrigerant is passing. Tested for amperage the compressor and fan are both passing on amperage. Capacitor is at factory specifications and passing. Both systems are up and running before leaving. Came and checked on system it is thawed, customer stated he found filter installed backwards and turned off system allowed it to thaw and turn filter around. Customer said system has not froze up since then and has been running. Collected model and serials to look up equipment specs for better understanding on how to properly program this equipment.
