We will be installing a full system complete with new Lineset connector box disconnect, drain lines. We are also installing the humidifier bypass 600. And doing some duct modifications.

Upon arriving, I checked the system that was short cycling. The inducer was overamping by more than double so I checked the heat exchanger and found multiple cracks and holes. After calling Lennox and figuring out that they don’t have that in stock because it’s an older model, and that the price of the new heat exchanger was nearly the price of new furnace. It is definitely best to just replace the furnace. If you replace the furnace and AC at the same time or save a ton of money, so that is definitely the best option. Plus if we do this, I can fix the airflow issue that we had last summer. And add a humidifier free of charge

arrived for furnace maintenance today. Carbon monoxide test was 0 ppm. Heat exchanger looks good. Blower wheel is clean. All electrical components are running properly at this time. Came out here for a furnace tuneup. Upon arrival tested static pressure static was good. Take a look at the rest of the unit itself amps on the inducer and the blower motor. We’re good heat exchanger was looking good. No carbon monoxide readings within the ductwork cleaned flame sensor as well as replaced filter. It sure that all operations within the furnace were good. Supervisor coming out tomorrow to talk to customer about static pressure besides that everything else checked out on the unit. We did have some heat stress on the heat exchanger, which is kind of concerning everything else checked out amps replace filter on both units. Thank you for choosing LBA

Arrived for furnace maintenance today. Checked static pressure and it is currently under the max but not less then 80% of manufacturing specs. Carbon monoxide test was 0ppm. Heat exchanger looks good. Blower wheel is clean. All electrical components are running properly at this time. There’s a good temperature split between the return air and supply air. Upon arrival the homeowner explained that his Nest thermostat would only work in emergency heating mode. I tested the system under regular heat and only the fan engages. Not fire present. When I switch over to emergency heat, the flame turns on and system runs properly. For some reason, the thermostat thinks you have a heat pump but you do not. I tried to program the thermostat to remove the heat pump option and put it in single stage heating only but it will not allow me to make those changes. After speaking with my supervisor, he thinks the thermostat is the issue. You could put a new thermostat on and it would run just like it does now but the only difference it that the thermostat will not have any option for emergency heat. The thing is, it costs the same amount to run the system in emergency heat mode as it does in regular heating mode. If you had a heat pump this would not be true but since you don’t have a heat pump it will work just fine running it in emergency heat mode. It’
