Dre was very good to work with. Expla.\nIn everything to my daughter and again to myself so that we would understand what was needed. He actually took Sheila downstairs and showed her the furnace, and what the bad parts were.And how bad they were so that we would understand what was needed , and what really should be done. He was patient with us as far as not knowing much about heating and vacuum, and such and explained it thoroughly gave us the cost so that we could\n Do comparisons by far LBA was the best with the best 10 year warranty parts, labor and service and that topped everything, so we will be using LBA and our new furnace and air conditioning unit go in on Monday.
