On a very cold day our furnance decided to act up in our home of 3 months. Called LBA & they came out the same day. Robby was the first on scene. He was very professional, took his time, checked everything with meters & gauges plus showed us his readings each time. Had a special camera that showed us pictures of the problem. Then he called another member of the company, Scott, to brainstorm the best options for us to solve our problem. Robby & Scott were experienced, knowledgeable members of the LBA team which was very reassuring.Once we knew our options & quotes for repair, we made our decision. No high pressure sales just the facts. Scott was very detailed in quotes for each of our options.We chose to have a new 2 stage furnace installed The very next day Jason & Lewis came totally prepared to install a new furnance They also were very experienced installers. Very careful to not damage walls or carpets. They explained everything to us and cleaned up perfectly when job was done.I would definitely recommend this LBA team.
